The second edition of 2018 of Première Vision Paris, a traditional event for fabrics, inputs, leather and design, was held from September 19 to 21 in the French capital. The event was attended by a Brazilian delegation of eight companies that are members of Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) – held through a partnership between Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association).

The companies had sales of BRL 275,000 over the three days of the event. The upcoming months should also be prosperous, with around BRL 2.6 million in business expected. The Brazilian group at PV Paris included Moltec (inputs), Coltex (textiles), Vicunha (textiles), Savyon (textiles), Dash Studio (prints), Estudio Icertain (prints), Estudio Lamparina (prints) and Estudio Aurum (prints). The group made 286 contacts with buyers from countries including Germany, Turkey, Spain and Italy.

According to Lilian Kaddissi, prospections and the results of sales by the Brazilian companies at PV Paris were good. “We supported brands that are on a solid trajectory of internationalization in Europe and we are very happy with the acceptance of the products and the number of new contacts made during the event,” she explains.
