On September 19 to 21, eight Brazilian brands took part in Première Vision Paris, held in the French capital and considered one of the most traditional fairs in the textile and supplies sector in Europe. Counting on Texbrasil’s support – Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, developed by Abit in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil) – companies BerlanBritânnia TêxtilColetivo EstampaDash StudioEstúdio PriusMoltec BrasilOficina Lamparina and Savyon showed their products for the 2018/19 Fall-Winter season and have returned to Brazil with amazing results.

Altogether, they closed business deals amounting to USD 141 thousand during the event’s three days, with sales estimates of more than USD 1.3 million in the next 12 months. For Rafael Santos, co-funder and surface designer for brand Dash Studio, participation in that fair has been highly satisfactory and has generated good business deals with clients from countries such as Holland, Hungary, Russia, Spain and Taiwan. “We also had clients buying again from us after our last participation in the fair, and so we are building loyalty with international clients, which is very rewarding for Dash Studio”, he explained.

For Britânnia Têxtil, their ninth participation in PV Paris has confirmed the consolidation of their global operations. Natália Shaw, the company’s export manager, said that renowned professionals from the French fashion scene, with great expertise in applications (trimmings, flowers, laces, among others), visited their booth and ranked their products above the average if compared to the products exhibited in that fair. “Britânnia has traditionally generated fascination, due both to our whim when producing new trend catalogues, and to our products’ creativity and quality”, she said.

Carolina Lenz, from brand Coletivo Estampa, has also celebrated great results, and she also revealed that their products have had an excellent performance with the international public. “It is clear that we always try and adapt our colors to the European market, but at the same time it is important to keep our studio’s ADN, an authorship language and assume a little bit of our “Brazilianity”, which certainly generates a positive result”, she claimed. Première Vision Paris’ next edition has already been scheduled to February 13, 2018.
