The Britannia Textil weaving mill – a member of Texbrasil, the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) – is featured in the Carlin Creative Trend Bureau trendbook, which inspires sophisticated lingerie collections around the world. The brand was invited by Pascale Briand, the designer responsible for Style Intimite and for the Intimates and Swimwear trends, to participate in the Carlin Trendbook Spring/Summer 18 with products from its collection.

Various bows and ribbons from Britannia Textil are featured in concept pieces in the book, such as underwear, bras, bustiers, jogging shorts and nighties. “We would like to thank Britannia for the quality of their contribution to our S/S 18 trendbook. Our team will recommend the brand to all of our clients interested in their products,” said Pascale Briand. The company’s export manager also said that the partnership has already been confirmed for the next season: “We have been connected with the Carlin Bureau for many years, since we use their material to research development of our collections. Last year, they came to us and offered the partnership, which will continue in the next Carlin Trendbook.”

Headquartered in Paris and operating in the global fashion market since 1991, the Carlin Creative Trend Bureau is recognized for publishing trendbooks, along with organizing shows, workshops, seminars, photo and film productions and more. The Bureau is part of the Carlin Group, working since 1947 with offices in over 20 countries and in the biggest fashion capitals of Europe, Asia and the Americas.
