Salao Moda Brasil announces 2013 edition with new campaign

New Stage, organizer of Salao Moda Brasil (SMB), announced the date and the venue of the 2013 edition of the event: between June 16 and 18, at Expo Center Norte, in Sao Paulo. At the time, the new campaign was launched, which was inspired on the theme “O Brasil esta na Moda (Brazil is Fashionable)”.

Texbrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Export Program), developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), supports the event by inviting journalists and international buyers. In its last edition, SMB gathered 400 brands, which received 20,000 visitors, generating BRL 800 million in business.

By mixing a trade show, focusing on components, lingerie and beachwear fashion, and a series of lectures, Salao Moda Brasil stands out not only in Brazil, but across Latin America.  “We have been able to gather all the links in the textile production chain, from raw material producers to designers and brands from all over Brazil. That is exactly why we have great brands,” says Ana Flores, Director of New Stage.
