Texbrasil brands participate in international and sustainable marketplace

09/15/2021

For the first time, the brands from Texbrasil (Internationalization Program of the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry) – the result of a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), – participate in the German sustainable marketplace Circular.

With a focus on sustainability, Circular has eight brands in the Program, and they are: Ronaldo Silvestre, Contextura, Lybethras, Marie Mercie, Ana de Jour, Leninha Roupa de Baixo, Timirim and Lunelli.

The German platform is B2B (business to business) and has 26,000 registered buyers. The participation of the companies in the Program includes a permanent virtual showroom, which will be online until November 2021.

In addition to matchmaking with sustainable companies, the marketplace also offers participation in live events where brands can present their products. “Brazilian brands are increasingly investing in sustainable processes, and it is very important to be able to show this advance to the international market in such a broad way, as Circular offers,” comments Texbrasil’s executive manager, Lilian Kaddissi.
