Digitale Textil, a manufacturer of digitally printed fabrics that is a member of Texbrasil – the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, the result of a partnership between Abit and Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) – has a new offering that is still not widely available in the market: fabric made using Aloe Vera microcapsules. This technology promotes regenerative and moisturizing action for skin that is in contact with the cloth, in addition to giving the product a soft touch.

The company also announced another new facet of its business. They have started to sell fabrics by the meter: “the new process is aimed at reaching small producers, who did not previously have enough volume to buy from the company and can now have our prints in their collections,” says Maiara Abissamra, from the marketing area. Sale by the meter will be available for all fabric types in the Digitale Textil portfolio, which currently includes eight varieties of bases with 3,000 different prints, in the beachwear, fitnesswear and underwear segments.
