Focusing on the global market, Adriana Degreas launches a capsule collection
Full of personality, the resort fashion brand Adriana Degreas has just launched its new capsule collection, Serpent. The news is part of the new concept of the company, which will no longer define collections as winter and summer, targeting the global market.
The brand, which is part of Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) – the result of a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Exports and Investments Promotion Agency) –, rescued the glamorous spirit of the ’70s for the launch.
The pieces, with a vintage inspiration, include bikinis, swimsuits, and dresses with gold details and snake print. “The snake brings a symbol of transformation. Actually, one of these transformations is a break with the summer/winter definition,” comments Nicole Degreas, head of marketing.
With the new concept, Adriana Degreas expects to make new launches monthly, leaving the stylist who gives the brand its name free to create new concepts, without having to stick to a single theme throughout the season.
