Vicunha presents Winter ’17 highlights at Munich Fabric Start

Indigo and denim manufacturer Vicunha Textil is introducing some of its launches at the new edition of the traditional Munich Fabric Start show, an important European textile industry event that will bring together suppliers from 37 countries. The show is taking place August 30 and 31, in Munich, Germany.

High-performance items, with technology that guarantees flexibility and comfort, are among the highlights. Vicunha is introducing denim with Dryarn® technology, which adapts to climate changes, keeping skin dry even on hot days and repelling humidity. Functional options also include the Emana Linea® item, developed to create a feeling of well-being.

The Ever Black line of denim continues to be one of the textile maker’s major highlights. The intense tone of the line’s items is in line with the trend of using black found in contemporary and stylish looks. Items are made using a special selection of dyes, with excellent penetration into the structure of the fibers and exclusive finishing, guaranteeing the color’s solidity.

“The world of denim allows us to follow different trends. Technologies that provide fabrics with functionality and that were inconceivable just a few years ago are very much present in the industry today. In parallel, we are also seeing a new appreciation of true denim, going back to the original jeans look,” says Thomas Dislich, Asia and Europe director for Vicunha Textil.
