Brazilian Brands Close Deals At Performance Days
Savyon, Kalimo and Hyosung participated in Performance Days and now celebrate the great deals of their unprecedented participation in the event. The companies traveled with the support of Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) — the result of a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).
Together, the three brands made, between business during the trade fair and sales expectations for the next 12 months, more than USD 760,000. And they still made at least 56 contacts at the event. Performance Days took place on October 26 and 27 in Portland, Oregon, United States.
Savyon, Kalimo and Hyosung presented fashion collections that are based on sustainability, which can be seen through sustainable fabrics and accessories for sportswear, workwear, sportswear, and workwear collections.
According to Lilian Kaddissi, Executive Superintendent of Strategic Projects at Abit, the North American market has great potential for Brazilian brands. “The trade fair is an important showcase and welcomes major retailers from around the world. The visibility for Brazilian brands is very high and this result shows how national companies can expand their business in the region,” he adds.
