Playtime New York 2026: Texbrasil confirms participation in children’s fashion trade show
Between February 8 and 10, 2026, Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), will take part in another edition of Playtime New York.
The delegation will feature Brazilian brands from the children’s fashion and lifestyle segments, such as Camu-Camu, Dalai Kids, Lilies & RosesMelissa Mini (Abicalçados) and Planet Sea.
In the February 2025 edition, three Brazilian companies took part in the trade show and made 106 business contacts, 66 of them new, with 180,000 in deals closed during the event and expectations of another $240,000 over the following 12 months. Even in the face of tariff challenges, buyers’ response indicated opportunities for Brazilian companies in the segment.
Playtime New York brings together independent brands and international companies, as well as buyers, the press, and opinion leaders. The program includes talks and initiatives focused on generating business.
