Haco turns 98 and looks to the future with technology, sustainability and customer connection

Haco, a company participating in Texbrasil (the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), focused on brand identification solutions, celebrated its 98th anniversary on May 1.

Founded in 1928 in Vila Itoupava, Blumenau, the company has preserved characteristics that have marked its trajectory since its inception: family management, a long-term vision, adaptability, and continuous investment in innovation.

Now led by the fourth generation of the founding family, the company comprises 15 business units and four manufacturing parks located in Blumenau, Massaranduba (Santa Catarina), Eusébio (Ceará), and Covilhã, Portugal.

From the production of shoelaces in its early days to its current portfolio of brand identification solutions, the company has followed the evolution of the textile and fashion industry, modernized its processes, and expanded its operations to serve clients from different segments in Brazil and abroad.

In recent years, the company has also intensified investments in industrial modernization, innovation, and production expansion, with the aim of strengthening competitiveness and its capacity to deliver solutions to the market.
