Liz Lingerie opens store in Ecuador
The Brazilian brand Liz Lingerie, a participating company in Texbrasil (the Internationalization Program of the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry), a partnership between Abit (the Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), has opened its first store in Ecuador.

The unit, opened in February, is located at Scala Shopping, on the first floor, in Cumbayá, part of the metropolitan region of Quito, and represents a new step in the brand’s internationalization strategy. “The opening aims to strengthen Liz’s physical presence and offer an even closer and more personalized experience for consumers,” says Thelma Rosset, head of the brand’s export area.
With more than 50 stores in Brazil and manufacturing units in the states of São Paulo and Santa Catarina, Liz Lingerie specializes in women’s lingerie and beachwear. The company already has its own operations in Chile and Mexico, in addition to exporting to several markets across Latin America.
Before opening its own store, the brand had been present in Ecuador for around two decades through multibrand channels, building a positive reputation among local consumers. The new phase in the country is taking place in partnership with local distributor MIXTWO, following a model similar to that adopted by other Brazilian companies.
