Four Brazilian brands participated in Tranoï Women S/S 27, held from October 1 to 4 at the Palais Brongniart in Paris, France. With support from Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), Conceria, Leafy, Mayara Junges and Ventura showcased their collections to international buyers and industry professionals.

Brazil’s participation generated US$620,000 in business, including negotiations conducted during the event and opportunities projected for the next 12 months. The results underscore Texbrasil’s efforts to promote Brazilian fashion abroad.

“Tranoï allows Brazilian brands to present not only their collections to the international market, but also their creative perspectives and their own ways of interpreting fashion. This meeting of distinctive creative identities and fresh perspectives on design opens up opportunities for dialogue with buyers and professionals from different markets”, says Gabriella Sampaulo, Commercial Promotion Coordinator for the Texbrasil Program.

The Brazilian delegation sought to identify business opportunities, strengthen relationships and connect the brands with key industry professionals. Visitors to Tranoï included representatives from department stores, multibrand boutiques and e-commerce platforms.

The trade show brought together designers, brands, buyers and retailers from different markets. With an international network representing more than 50 nationalities, the event offered participating companies the opportunity to present their offerings and raise their profile in the global fashion industry. This edition of TRANOÏ PARIS took place during Paris Fashion Week (PFW), one of the key periods on the international fashion calendar.
