Cynthia Hayashi launches sustainable collection
Cynthia Hayashi is launching a sustainable collection through the Anjos da Moda (Fashion Angels) project, inspired by values like faith, happiness, joy and love. Exclusive items were made along with the 02Gatos printmaker, with a portion of all sales going to five philanthropic institutions supporting the elderly, children, animals and the visually and mentally impaired.
Shirts cost BRL 70.00 each and their prints are based on one of the institutions. Scraps of fabric that would not be used in the designer’s Cyn brand collection were used to make these products.
Cynthia had previously launched a collection in partnership with Lojas Marisa, whose theme was Art Deco and Manhattan, in the USA. Take another look!
The young designer is a BtoBe Project participant and was recently at actions in Paris and London, where she showed her collection at Who’s Next Prêt-à-Porter and at The Laundry.
