Brazilian brands show collections at Première Vision New York
With a first look at the top trends for the season for fabric and textile supply manufacturers, the Première Vision New York trade show, held every six months, took place on July 22 and 23 in the United States, with 254 exhibitors participating and over 4 thousand visitors in attendance. For the first time, the July edition was held in parallel with Indigo, a trade show geared towards design studios in various segments and trend bureaus.
With the support of Texbrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Export Program), a Program developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil(Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), the 02 Gatos and Caju Collective studios and designer Karin Feller showed their exclusive prints and marketed projects at Indigo, while Rosset and Savyon were at PV with their latest for F/W 2014.
Frederico Bernardo, COO of the Texbrasil Program, says that Première Vision New York serves as a shop window for Brazilian companies to give the market a first look at their products. “Buyers from all over the world are looking at the event, which is a major platform for launching trends,” says Bernardo.
The next edition will take place next year, from January 14 to 15.
