15th edition of Inspiramais welcomes international guests

The 15^th edition of Inspiramais – Component Design and Innovation Show, being held January 16 and 17 in Sao Paulo, at the Pro Magno events center, will welcome a group of seven international guests, including buyers and journalists, at the invitation of Texbrasil – Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

Buyers Sara Hinestroza (Ellipse, Colombia), Octavio Villa (Formit Rogers, Colombia) and Pily Queipo (PilyQ, Colombia) and journalists Claudia Ramirez Martinez (El Universal newspaper, Mexico) Andres Rodriguez Barreto (Style America magazine, Colombia), Dario Varela and Monica Felix (Moda y estilo TV, Argentina) will be able take an up-close look at the over 900 raw material launches that will make up the products sold in shops for S/S 2018, in addition to getting an early look at F/W 2018. Guests will also visit factories and showrooms in the city.

The event will also be attended by eight Texbrasil companies: Abduche, Innovativ, Dini Têxtil, Hak Aviamentos, Modelle Bojos, Sultextil, Tecnoblu and Oficina Lamparina. Abduche, a manufacturer bringing its sports line of men’ and women’s jacquards to the event, is hoping to increase brand recognition. “We hope to solidify our brand in the footwear segment, while also boosting sales for next year,” says the company’s president, Sergio Abduche.

Among new items at the edition are an exclusive space for textile exhibitors and expansion of the “+ Print” space, with 6 printing studios. Sustainability has also gained a special space that will hold some projects that are part of Inspiramais and will be the subject of various talks aimed at spreading sustainable ideas across the entire material development process.
