Abit International Congress kicks off its fourth edition in October
The biggest event on textile and apparel industry content is being held from October 22 to 23, the 2019 Abit International Congress. The fourth edition of the industry convention organized by Abit is discussing the topic of “End of Borders: from Creation to Consumption.”
This year, the conference is being held during Minas Trend, in the city of Belo Horizonte. The event mixes a fashion week with a business platform and is the brainchild of the Federation of Industries of Minas Gerais (Fiemg).
The program for the 2019 Abit International Congress features 6 panel discussions. The roundtables will include a team of specialists, with representatives from major industry groups, consultants and luminaries from prestigious institutes from around the world.
The integration of the links in the production and distribution chain with the consumer, servitization of the industry, digitization and new business models will be some of the topics of discussion. The crossing of borders, the theme of the fourth edition, will be found across the program.
In addition to discussions, the event is also releasing research by prestigious institutions, such as Euromonitor and PwC. Talks given will discuss Industry 4.0 and consumer habits.
