Adriana Degreas is given permanent space at Le Bon Marché
The beachwear label is one of three Brazilian brands chosen to remain at the legendary Le Bon Marché in a dedicated corner. This decision came about as part of the Brazil initiative at the Paris store, which ended on June 22. Over approximately 3 months, 120 Brazilian brands were featured at the store, giving French consumers a chance to find out a little more about Brazil, in an initiative called “Le Brésil – Rive a gauche.”
The initiative was promoted by the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil) and by the business organizations that make up the Brasil Fashion System brand, including the Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association (Abit), through Texbrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Export Program). The exhibition showcased womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, beauty, design, household and cuisine products.
The goal of supporting this initiative was to promote Brazilian exports to the French market, while also positioning the country’s image abroad as a supplier of quality products to the European market. As a result, the Adriana Degreas label will continue to sell in Paris, as a result of its impressive sales figures and to the prominence that the brand achieved in the local market.
