Russian fashion e-commerce Lamoda visits Brazil
In an effort to promote Brazilian fashion, the Business Center at Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) in Russia is welcoming buyer Malika Svetlana Khamatzyanova in Brazil, from one of the largest online stores in Russia, Lamoda. Ms. Khamatzyanova’s agenda was developed in partnership with Texbrasil – the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, the result of a partnership between Abit and Apex-Brasil.
The itinerary covered November 9 and 10 and includes a series of visits to Brazilian labels of international renown, such as Animale, FARM, Rosa Cha, A. Brand, Fyi, Cantao, Le Lis Blanc, John John, Lanca Perfume, My Favorite Things, Lucidez, Shoulder, Maria Filo, Pop Up Store, Cecilia Prado, Cholet and Colcci. In addition, the buyer visited the Fashionroom, GFN, Backstage Showroom and Casa Moda showrooms in the city of Sao Paulo.
“I really liked the design of the Brazilian brands. Not only are they very trendy, but they are an excellent fit for the Russian woman’s body,” says Malika, who was visiting Brazil for the first time. The online store has a portfolio with over 900 brands from across the world, serving over 130 cities in Russia, the Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belorussia.
