Brazilian companies welcome international guests for the Confederation Cup

Vicunha brought a buyer to Brazil to attend the Spain x Tahiti game that took place last Thursday. Shawn Shamsian, of Premium Denim Outlet, watched all of the shots in the game from up close. This initiative is part of the Confederations Cup Project, aimed at strengthening relations between companies to promote new business for the textile industry.

Texbrasil at the Confederations Cup

Representatives from Euratex (the European Textile and Apparel Confederation) will attend the next game between Nigeria and Spain (Sunday 23/06) as guests of Texbrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Export Program), a Program developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), cheering from the bleachers at the stadium in Fortaleza.

Business meetings are also scheduled, with discussions being held on topics such as: Mercosur – European Union Free Trade Agreement, Situation of Brazilian and European industries, Opportunities for cooperation and investments, and continuation of the Brazil – European Union industry Dialogue. In addition, the buyers will also visit SENAI – Cetiqt, the Vicunha headquarters in Sao Paulo, and the Conexão Solidária project, which trains people for the market and contributes to the environment through development of sustainable clothing, among other things.
