Brazilian delegation does USD 158,5 thousand in business during Première Vision Paris
From September 17 to 19, eight Brazilian companies took part in Premiere Vision Paris, a traditional textile, design, inputs and leather show held in Paris. The Brazilian delegation did USD 158,5 thousand in business and expects to bring in an additional USD 248,500 over the next 12 months.
The group relied on support from Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) – developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).
Among the companies that took part in Première Vision are the Savyon fabric company, inputs company Moltec, sustainable fashion brand Natural Cotton Color and design studios Dash Studio, Oficina Caramelo, Studio Aurum, Nomad Studio and Studio Nankin.
In addition to sales, the companies supported also developed relations with a total of 478 international buyers during the F/W edition of the event.
According to Lilian Kadissi, Executive Manager of Texbrasil, the Brazilian participation in the show brought the companies positive results. “Satisfactory gains in business were made. Yet in my assessment, it goes further. Constant participation by brands in the event has an intangible result, which is boosting the reputation of Brazilian products with European buyers.”
