Brazilian fashion brings its creative identity to France

Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), announces Brazil’s participation in the next edition of Tranoï Paris, which will take place from October 2 to 5, 2025, at the iconic Palais Brongniart, during Paris Fashion Week.

Aimed at the B2B segment of original and avant-garde fashion, Tranoï is recognized for connecting independent designers and brands with established creative identities with buyers, media, and distributors from around the world. The trade show is part of Creative Pole, a new division of GL events that brings together leading international fashion events, such as Première Vision, Tranoï, and Fashion Source.

In this edition, Brazil will be represented by Alessa, Leafy, and Ventura, who are part of the Texbrasil delegation. The selected brands will present collections that showcase the plurality, originality, and sophistication of Brazilian fashion, featuring a strong independent fashion and the potential to engage global markets seeking new creative narratives.

Numbers from the last edition

The March 2025 edition report highlighted the trade show’s strengthening as one of the leading platforms for global independent fashion. In total, 168 brands from 41 different nationalities took part in the event, showcasing both ready-to-wear and accessories segments. The event experienced a 10% increase in number of visitors compared to September 2024, with 60% of the audience coming from abroad. Another relevant finding was the increase in the presence of international buyers, who represented 79% of the total, with a notable increase in the participation of strategic markets such as Italy (+22%), South Korea (+32%), and the United Kingdom (+61%). Major companies in global retail were present, including Galeries Lafayette, Dover Street Market, Bloomingdale’s, Isetan Mitsukoshi, La Rinascente, and United Arrows, reinforcing the trade show’s prestige and business-generating potential.
