Brazilian fashion takes part in Première Vision New York 2026
Texbrasil (The Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), took part in Première Vision New York, held in New York, USA.
Focused on the textile materials, design, and textile innovation sectors, the trade show brought together buyers, designers, and professionals from across the fashion supply chain. Brazilian companies belonging to the Program presented their products and solutions to the North American market, expanding commercial relationships and international visibility.
During the event, Brazilian brands Estúdio Icertain, Oficina Caramelo, Savyon, and Stampa Studio showcased their Fall/Winter 2026/27 collections to buyers, designers, and international market professionals. The participation resulted in 82 business contacts, and between immediate sales and projections for the next 12 months, business deals are estimated at US$ 143,400.00.
For Daniela Brum, creative director of Stampa Studio, participating in the trade show was strategic for presenting the brand’s designs to the textile industry and leading international fashion labels. “The event allowed us to showcase the quality and creativity of our designs in a global environment, expanding commercial connections and strengthening our presence in the international market. Abit’s support was essential in making our participation viable, contributing to solidifying the image of the Brazilian industry and opening new business prospects,” she states.
For Caio Certain de Freitas, founder of Estúdio Icertain, the experience marked the company’s debut at Première Vision New York and exceeded expectations. “We had the opportunity to meet new customers, establish important contacts, and present our work to a very receptive audience. There was great interest from the American market in our proposal, which stood out from other studios, in addition to closing solid business deals during the event,” he highlights.
