BtoBe brand is invited to Italian trade show
Renan Serrano’s Trendt label was shown at White Show Milano, in Italy, at the trade show’s invitation. White Show is an international shop window onto contemporary fashion and a reference for new fashion designers and modern artists. The show began on the 22nd and wrapped up today (24/Feb), showing apparel and accessories collections for F/W 2015, in addition to featuring an area dedicated to beauty.
The trade show is attended by 16,000 buyers from the world’s best boutiques and by 463 labels chosen according to their identities, aimed at harmony between creativity and sustainability in fashion. Right away on day two, Trendt made a partnership agreement with a company from Egypt.
For Renan Serrano, in addition to the sales, the event also provides visibility: “It’s quite full here and, from what I see, it brings labels results. On the first day, on the ground floor, there was a lot of foot traffic around the stands, orders being taken, and the international press was also a notable presence, with several reporters from famous magazines and websites visiting the space,” he noted.
Along with nine other designers, the designer is part of Texbrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil) incubator for new talent, BtoBe (Brazilians to Be). He recently showed his work at Who’s Next Paris, which ended on January 28, with positive results for the Brazilian brands.
