Canatiba launches new collection and consolidates partnership
With different shapes and finishes, Canatiba Denim Industry – textile company that operates on the market with customers in Europe, Latin America, Central America and Africa – presents its A/W 2013 denim collection. In addition, the brand has recently announced a partnership with the designer jeanswear Iodice Denim, which will have pieces made with their fabric.
Product innovations for A/W bring items like the “Moto Skin Collor”, a resined jeans with a red leather look, the “Bicolor Clear Mega Flex” which features a bluish shade on the right side and ferrous shade dyeing on the back and the “Pirata Mega-Flex”, which is a striped fabric with spandex and Indigo dyed yarn. In addition to these innovations, Canatiba also bets on another weave, “Takada T400”, a denim which uses lycra LastingFit technology for the elasticity of the clothes.
The novelties reach the company’s marketing, the face of the new advertising campaign of the brand is the model and hostess Adriane Galisteu. The campaign promotes the renewal of the partnership between Canatiba and Iodice Denim, with the use of MEGAFLEX, HI-Confort, Sexy-Fit and Premium lines on the S/S 2013 collection. Banners, billboards and displays will be distributed in about 650 multi-brand stores in Brazil.
For Marli Vernillo, Marketing Manager of Canatiba, both companies profiles are a match, creating a synergy. “Iodice Denim is today one of the opinion maker jeanswear brands in the country, for the work it performs in the development of its collections. On the other hand, the Canatiba denim differentiated innovation provide Iodice Denim with a high added value”.
