Coltex presents a new collection inspired by the digital world and its relationship with society.

10/19/2022

Coltex recently presented during its sales convention the new pieces developed for Summer 2024 and inspired by the constant transformations brought about by technology and the post-pandemic period. The brand is part of Texbrasil (Internationalization Program of the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry) – the result of a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

The collection entitled Solarium was inspired by the consumers’ proximity to the digital world, nature, and society, which is constantly and rapidly changing. The collection was divided into three themes that address three different audiences: one designed for the younger and emerging public; pieces focused on the avant-garde, who are ahead of trends and concerned about the future; and, finally, a line designed for those involved in issues related to nature and quality of life.

The main fabrics used were Motion, Aeroflex and Oxy. Motion, featured, is an article developed in the noblest Polyamide, a super light fabric, which offers soft touch and high comfort, for the sports segment. It also has UV protection, which makes it perfect for T-shirts and similar clothing items.

Check out details of the three collections launched:
Dopamine Trend
The hormone responsible for causing pleasure, attention, and good humor was a reference for the brand, portraying the search for escapism in affective memories and physical activities. Another focus is on bright colors, prints full of liveliness and personality, abusing elements from the 90’s, such as hot spots and hand arts.

Goal Thirteen Trend
The line born from this inspiration, proposes to the consumers a preparation for the future. Technology remains in the pieces, taking into account durability, resistance, practicality, and the complete product cycle. The items feature textures and volumes, strong colors, blending of classic prints with cloudy elements, graphic knits, and waves.

Biophilia Trend
The Biophilia theme is the chosen theme for swimwear and lingerie, using soft colors, patterns with foliage, flowers, and spots. This line seeks to promote well-being for body and mind, especially in the post-pandemic period.
