Beatriz Têxtil S/A

Beatriz Têxtil S/A is a benchmark in the Brazilian textile industry, combining operational excellence with a strong commitment to sustainability. Founded in 1998 and located in Maracanaú, Ceará, the company began its production activities in 2000, incorporating a state-of-the-art industrial process and continuously investing in cutting-edge technologies. With a total area of 84,000 m², including 25,000 m² of built area, the factory operates with a current production capacity of 1,500 tons of yarn per month, always focused on modernization and expansion.

As a privately-held family business, Beatriz Têxtil has a strategic vision that goes beyond Brazilian borders. Its future plans include international expansion and an increase in production capacity to 2,000 tons of yarn per month by 2030. Specializing in the manufacturing of recycled NE 8/1 yarns and cotton yarns, the company serves the B2B market, supplying apparel manufacturers, knitting mills, and weaving facilities that later transform these yarns into products such as cleaning cloths, dish towels, hammocks, and towels.

One of Beatriz Têxtil’s key differentiators is its commitment to sustainability. The company stands out for its innovative fiber recovery process, transforming around 1,000 tons of yarn and fabric waste each month into new fibers, which are then used to produce high-quality yarns. Instead of discarding these materials, the company recycles them, giving new life to textile scraps and contributing actively to environmental preservation.

Beatriz Têxtil is in the final stages of obtaining certifications such as the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) and ESG FIEC, which reflect its commitment to corporate, social, and environmental governance. With a continuous focus on quality and efficiency, the company reinforces its role as a key partner in sustainability and innovation within the textile supply chain.
