Etiqueta Certa was founded in 2017 by Karine Liotino and Mariana Amaral, two professionals with degrees in Textile and Fashion from the University of São Paulo (USP) and over 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance for textile product labeling. The company emerged after an immersion in Silicon Valley, where the founders identified an opportunity to digitize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the textile industry.
With the goal of simplifying the creation of labels in compliance with industry regulations and standards, Etiqueta Certa developed an innovative platform that accelerates the process, reduces errors, and ensures real-time compliance.
The company currently serves more than 1,100 brands in Brazil and Asia, offering an integrated solution that helps prevent issues such as order returns and product recalls, optimizing the labeling process. Its main products and services include intelligent software for automatic label creation, specialized technical support, and training courses focused on regulatory compliance in the textile labeling sector.
Etiqueta Certa’s unique differentiator lies in its proprietary platform, which automatically blocks errors during label creation, guaranteeing compliance with national and international regulations. Recently, the company established a partnership with Sisplan Sistemas, further expanding its capacity to automate processes and enhance garment manufacturing management.
