A family company founded in January 1933 by the couple Carlos and Maria Hunger Zabani in the city of Americana, with the name of Tecelagem Hudtelfa Ltda (Huda, Telma and Zelfa, daughters), started its activities manufacturing ribbons of silk and rayon, after have being weavers in a Swiss Ribbon Company in the area.
Over the years, the company started the production of fabrics, together with the ribbons, generating company growth and consequent need to move to a bigger plant in the city of Nova Odessa, that is still the actual plant – which began its construction in 1980 – and today reaches 30,000 m² of floor area in a plot of 45,000 m².
Today, the fourth generation is also already present with Sandro and Kaline Zabani.
The administration is fully professionalized, responding to a Board of Directors.
