Mayara Junges

Mayara Junges is an independent fashion brand that emerged organically during the pandemic. The designer from Paraná — who holds a degree in Fashion Design and has experience in retail, production, and styling — introduced her first piece on Instagram, the Flor top, created as her postgraduate final project. The immediate success spurred the launch of the brand, which features a timeless, classic aesthetic with a dramatic touch. With a slow fashion DNA, it values artisanal processes, compact collections, and limited, made-to-order production, combining exclusivity and care in every piece. All processes, from development to sewing, are carried out within the atelier.

The creative process begins with the application of fabrics directly on mannequins through moulage. Another characteristic of the brand is working with a limited color palette, usually only shades of white, red, and black.

Today, the brand operates from an atelier-showroom in Curitiba, maintaining digital as its main sales channel while also offering clients a physical, in-person experience.

Among its achievements are participation in Shop2gether’s New Designers project, features in ELLE magazine’s print and digital editorials, participation in the web series “A Nova Geração da Moda Brasileira” (The New Generation of Brazilian Fashion) conceived by Vogue Brazil, as well as appearances in other prominent fashion outlets such as FFW and Bazaar.
