06/20/2016

On June 19, 20 and 21, the largest underwear, beachwear and fitnesswear showroom in Latin America will take place: Salao Moda Brasil 2016 (SMB), at the Sao Paulo Expo (formerly Centro de Exposicoes Imigrantes), in the city of Sao Paulo, and Delfa is a highlight among the select list of exhibitors. The company, which has an industrial unit in Maracanau and is celebrating 13 years in the Brazilian and Latin American markets, with production of 5 million pairs of cups per month, is a member of Texbrasil, the Brazilian Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

Over three days, Delfa will promote an event at its own lounge that will include a talk on “Brazilian Underwear Consumers,” developed based on a study entitled “Women’s Underwear Consumer Behavior in Brazil,” done by IEMI in 2015. Participants will get a “Get Inspired and Create” Delfa model kit with five basic plus size, comfort and cups models. Products from the Terlizzi (notions), Elastan (elastics), Princesa (fabrics) and MetaxForm (underwire) companies will go into the personalized kits. And to register the attendance of each visitor to the space, the brand is providing an instant camera. Guests will be able to take selfies, print and post to social networks using the hashtag: #EuSouMaisDelfa (IAmMoreDelfa).

Also new will be the brand’s Cup Guide Magazine launch event. This new specialized publication will include technical information on 25 models, with cup sizes, model tips, comparison between models, ideal foam and indications of segments.
