Designer Cynthia Hayashi closes partnership with Lojas Marisa

10/09/2012

The young Designer Cynthia Hayashi has closed a partnership with Marisa, important female clothing brand in the country.  The collection features 12 classical pieces that had influences of the island of Manhattan, as well as having a “glimpse” of the art deco style.

With affordable prices – on average USD 35 -, the clothes are made with lightweight fabrics, perfect for the Summer.  Moreover, the practicality is a trademark of the collection: the pieces are perfect for wearing during the day and at night.

Cynthia was the winner of the reality show Projeto Fashion 2011, which was of no surprise to the world of fashion, since the stylist had also won the contest Projeto Ponto Zero – 2° Edition in 2009. The project is designed by the Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association (Abit), by Sinditextil – SP in partnership with Casa de Criadores and Mercado Mundo Mix and aims to discover new talent for the fashion industry. Ponto Zero is supported by the Brazilian Fashion Industry Export Program (Texbrasil), developed by the Association in partnership with Apex-Brasil.

The clothing line designed by the young designer will be available in all stores from November 15. Check out more on the site.
