Fevest Trend 2024 – Lingerie, beachwear, fitness and raw material trade show welcomed more than 9,000 visitors from Brazil and foreign countries
After 33 editions, Fevest 2024 was the biggest ever. The event, focusing on lingerie, beachwear, fitness and raw materials, is a benchmark throughout the continent, and ended its activities with great success, justifying once again the city of Nova Friburgo as the National Capital of Intimate Apparel Segment, in the mountainous region of the State of Rio de Janeiro. More than 9,000 guests, including apparel manufacturers, buyers, textile and services suppliers, visited Fevest during the three days of the event – from June 25th to 27th.
In addition to the fashion shows and exhibitor areas, Fevest also offered learning and knowledge opportunities for participants, through podcasts, talk shows and lectures on leadership, service, e-commerce, sustainability, women entrepreneurship, among others.
Overall, 140 exhibitors, including textile and apparel manufacturers and service providers were present at Nova Friburgo Country Club. Suppliers presented the main innovations in their segments – intimate fashion, swimwear, fitness, fabrics, lining, finishes, ribbons, lace, packaging, equipment and etc.
The event also facilitated business roundtables, which provided a favorable environment for the creation of new commercial partnerships. National and international buyers were able to negotiate directly with manufacturers, promoting the growth and internationalization of Brazilian brands.
The title of National Capital of Intimate Apparel Segment is reinforced when Fevest presents the geographic data of the attending audience. The presence of 04 international buyers from Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Paraguay, invited by Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), in partnership with ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association), was also very important.

Furthermore, 12 exhibiting brands that are part of Texbrasil, were introduced and made business with these new customers. As a result, the reported post-event sales expectation was USD 332,000.
“We are very happy with the results, which welcomed important buyers, retailers, distributors and professionals in the industry. I want to thank everyone who participated and supported us in this challenge”, informed Sindvest´s CEO, Mr. Gustavo Moraes, organizer of the event as well.
