Four Brazilian brands attend Coterie

Texbrasil, the Brazilian Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) is supporting four brands at Coterie: Anamaria Couture, Colcci, Lunender and Lucidez. The show, which is geared towards apparel and womenswear brands, is being held September 19 to 21, at Javits Center in New York.

According to Bruna Fagundes, from the Lunender group’s export area, this is a major opportunity to publicize the brand at the international level. “We are bringing Lez A Lez, a young and fun brand from our group, to this edition. We want to, little by little, start to sell it in the U.S.A. and win over customers beyond Brazil,” she says.

Patricia Lacognata, of Couture Trading Co., is a Colcci and Lucidez representative who will be at the event. “Both brands have high expectations and products selected for the North American market. Colcci has various meetings already scheduled with new buyers and is presenting the last collection shown by Gisele Bundchen,” says Lacognata. “While this is the 4th show for Lucidez, which right now is hoping to strengthen ties with already consolidated buyers and gain new partnerships and points of sale. The brand is presenting its ‘Through the Magic Garden’ collection, with exclusive and exotic prints,” she says in closing.
