International buyers and journalists take part in Minas Trend Preview

A group of seven international journalists will take an up-close look at the latest for S/S 2016 at Minas Trend, taking place from April 7 to 10, at Expominas, in Belo Horizonte. In an initiative by Texbrasil – the Brazilian Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, promoted by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), professionals from the four corners of the world will be coming to Belo Horizonte on April 6.

They are: Katharine Smith (WGSN – England), Marco Corral (El Universal – Mexico), Rocio Pastor Eugenio (Womanworld – Spain), Joao Paulo Nunes (The Huffington Post – England), Helen Jennings (Arise Magazine – England), Akiko Ichikawa (Senken Newspaper – Japan), Ivan Castano (WWD – Mexico/ USA).

Also thanks to Texbrasil, eight foreign buyers will be able to see the “Made in Brazil” products that the brands will feature in fashion shows as well as those being shown at the business trade show. The buyers are: Shaden Bushnaq (Professionelle store, Dubai); Naouel Brahmi (Wedding Queen store, France); Valeryana Allemand (Saxa Store, Ireland); Pamela Shiffer (Pamela Shiffer store, the UK); Rula Pantelis (Mariko Boutiques and Insurge stores, Australia); Mafalda Paul (Andre Costa store, Portugal); Graziella Nogueira and Valeria Mello (Zielara Showroom, Canada).
