Karsten concept store opens in the city of Sao Paulo

This month, Karsten is opening its first concept store in the city of Sao Paulo, its second in the state. With this store, the company – a member of Texbrasil, the Brazilian Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, the result of a partnership between Abit and Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) – now has six establishments of this type opened in the last year.

The new point of sale, located at Av. Alcantara Machado (Radial Leste), 2.940, Belenzinho, covers 1,000 square meters and offers the home fabrics, Karsten Design, Karsten Decor and Karsten Atelie lines. In addition to these items, products using Softmax technology can be found at the store, a finish that gives bathroom items for greater absorption, as well as anti-ant tablecloths, which prevent this insect from being on the fabric.

Karsten’s factory is headquartered in Blumenau and the company’s first store has been open for over 10 years in the city as well. Other stores are located in the cities of Balneario Camboriu and Sao Jose (SC), Curitiba (PR), Porto Alegre (RS) and Campinas (SP). The brand is found in over 30 countries and is one of the industry’s biggest exporters in Brazil, producing home textiles for nearly a century.
