Karsten launches program to update organizational culture

03/30/2026

Karsten announced the launch of its internal movement “O Jeito K de Ser – A Fibra que nos Conecta” (The K Way of Being – The Fiber that Connects Us), an initiative aimed at updating its organizational culture and establishing guidelines for management and employee relations.

According to the company, the project sets parameters to guide internal decisions and practices, as well as align strategic priorities for upcoming operational cycles. The restructuring takes place in a context of business continuity and efforts to maintain market competitiveness.

The initiative was developed with the participation of leaders and employees from different areas, through internal consultation processes and workshops. The goal, the company said, was to build a cultural framework that integrates the organization’s historical background with forward-looking strategic guidelines.

The movement is based on five core values — trust, simplicity, ownership, integrity, and legacy — and on a set of competencies called FIBRA, which includes customer focus, people development, results orientation, relationship building, and innovation. These elements are intended to serve as references for daily operations and decision-making processes.

The company also stated that leadership will play a key role in implementing the guidelines, being responsible for disseminating the concepts and incorporating the principles into team routines.

The program further defines an institutional purpose and brand positioning guidelines, which will guide the company’s actions. In practice, these concepts translate into directions related to customer focus, employee development, results delivery, and innovation.

The company reports that, since the beginning of implementation, internal indicators have shown increased leadership participation and higher team engagement with the new guidelines. The initiative has also been associated with sustainability and corporate governance practices.

With this initiative, Karsten consolidates a set of cultural guidelines expected to guide its internal and strategic operations in the coming years.
