Lunelli ranks 2nd among the best companies to work for in Paraguay

Lunelli, a company participating in Texbrasil (the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), a partnership between Abit (the Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), was recognized as the second-best company to work for in Paraguay, in the large companies category, according to the Great Place to Work ranking. Operating in the country since 2015, the company is based in the Alto Paraná department, in eastern Paraguay, and is the only industrial company among the organizations recognized in this category.

The result in Paraguay mirrors Lunelli’s performance in Brazil, where it also appears in Great Place to Work rankings. According to Viviane Lunelli, the recognition reflects the company’s work in the country over the past decade. “After a decade in Paraguay, we have built a journey rooted in respect, closeness, and continuous learning. This recognition reflects what we experience every day: an environment where people are proud to belong, see opportunities for development, and feel part of a company that contributes positively to the community,” she highlights.

The executive also emphasized the role of employees in achieving this result. “It is our leaders and each and every employee who bring our culture to life and sustain business growth with consistency and responsibility. This achievement is collective and reinforces that we are evolving in the right direction,” she adds.

Lunelli maintains industrial operations in Paraguay and continues to focus its activities on people development and job creation in the region.
