Meet Segredo Lacrado, new participant of Texbrasil
Sensual lingerie brand Segredo Lacrado is the newest member of Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) – the result of a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Exports and Investments Promotion Agency).
Born in 2014, the company was founded by sisters Dayana and Lu Rodrigues, initially as a subscription club for monthly deliveries of assorted lingerie in customized packaging.
The concept worked well and the brand ended up expanding into an e-commerce business, with retail and wholesale sales, but without losing the “surprise box” concept. “Today the company develops the collections with monthly releases and variations from five to 10 SKUs”, comments the brand export coordinator Suyara Aguila.
With plans to open physical stores in the future, the brand already operates in the international market with online sales to the United States, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Ukraine, Mozambique, Angola, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Japan, among others.
With the Program, Segredo Lacrado intends to expand its international operations. “The brand is in a constant process of growth and expansion, relying on strong technological development and strengthening of a specialized team,” concludes Suyara.
