Molde.me bets on technology for fashion professionals
Molde.me, a new member of Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) — the result of a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) – has developed a software that assists the digital modeling process.
The brand’s mission is to facilitate the access of creators, pattern makers, and entrepreneurs in the fashion industry so that they can make their dreams come true, delivering high-quality tools and differentiated service.
Molde.me was created in 2018, with the combination of the expertise of its founders, Tyara and Luiz Nascimento, in the areas of textile design and software engineering. “We have noticed problems in the modeling and cutting areas of apparel manufacturers, and we decided to create an innovative solution to make digital modeling accessible to modelers, apparel manufacturers, and fashion designers,” comments Tyara Nascimento.
With operations all over Brazil, Molde.me is also active in countries like New Zealand, England, Italy, Portugal, France, Paraguay, United States, Germany, and Angola. With Texbrasil, the company intends to expand its international operations. “We want to get closer to the international market, professionalizing our internationalization. We also hope to acquire know-how from other entrepreneurs in the same situation”, adds Tyara.
