But there’s still time to participate in this year’s events

The year isn’t even over, but Texbrasil has already opened registration for January/24 events. However, in the coming months, important events will still take place for the textile and clothing sector. In September, the second edition of the year of Coterie New York will take place between the 19th and 21st, one of the most renowned women’s fashion and accessories fairs in the United States, and 42 Brazilian brands will be present. And in November, the Performance Days take place on the 2nd and 3rd, aimed at the sports fashion segment, considered one of the main North American fairs for high-performance fabrics and functional accessories.

The events are part of the Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) calendar of actions — carried out through a partnership between ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association).

Still on Texbrasil’s 2023 calendar, Roadshows are planned in Morocco and Chile/Peru, where Brazilian brands will visit the countries to meet with potential buyers. A Buyer Project for Sustainable Fashion is also planned, which will take place in São Paulo and will bring international buyers to Brazil to visit the national companies in the Program.

This was a year with a record number of events for Texbrasil, where the following stand out: Colombiatex, Heimtextil, Première Vision NY and Paris, Coterie, Emitex, Roadshow Australia, ITMA, Palestra Post-ITMA, Swim Collective, Friends of the Worth, Interfileère, Curve, SwimShow, Destination, Colombiamoda+Colombiatex, Tranoi Men, Playtime, Global Fashion Summit with Post-GFS lecture, in addition to events that were customized for brands requesting to participate in Intermoda, Texworld, Baby by Kids Expo Tokyo, in addition to some showrooms. Within the customized projects, Texbrasil also supported the Paola Bernardi, Lalibela and Moltec brands with initiatives to publicize their image to an international audience.

There is still time to participate in some events this year and registration for two events in 2024 has already opened: Colombiatex and Pemière Vision Paris, both in January. Information click here.
