Première Vision Paris generates more than USD 6.5 million in business expectations
Brazilian companies participated in the latest edition of Première Vision Paris, between the 6th and 8th of February, with the support of Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), the result of the partnership between ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association).
The largest Brazilian delegation present at the event in 14 years was made up of the brands: Atelier Lucius Vilar, Brand Têxtil, Ecosimple, Estúdio Rocha, Finileather, Innovativ, Lúdico Estampas, Moltec, Natural Cotton Color, Nina Galle, Nomad Studio, Nova Kaeru, Oficina Caramelo, Savyon, Stampa Studio, Studio Icertain and Studio Paraizo.
With more than 700 new contacts established and sales that surpassed the USD 728,000 mark during the three days of the exhibition, business expectations generated reached an impressive USD 6.5 million during the year. Carina Prieto, creative director of Lúdico Estampas, shared her satisfaction by revealing that participation in the event provided valuable connections with clients from markets such as Russia, the United States, England and France.
“This latest edition was considered the best February edition of the last five years, by brands. Buyers were more open to doing business with Brazilian companies. It was a very positive outcome for our delegation”, highlights Lilian Kaddissi, executive superintendent of strategic projects at Abit.
The success of the Brazilian delegation was further highlighted by the central theme of sustainability, which received significant attention and recognition during the event, registering the presence of 30,340 visitors and 1,180 exhibitors.
