Tear Têxtil expands portfolio with new developments in the Denim Colour line
For Winter 27, Tear Têxtil— a company participating in Texbrasil (the Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Internationalization Program), a partnership between Abit (Brazilian Association of the Textile and Apparel Industry) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) — presents a collection featuring new developments in the Denim Colour line and an evolution of its Denim line.

The new collection lookbook was curated with pieces developed by fashion designer Robi Spatti, a professional with more than 35 years of experience in the market, bringing a refined perspective on pattern making, construction, and fabric interpretation.
In the Denim Colour line, the Miami, Búzios, and Athenas Eco launches explore different usage proposals, ranging from casual to sophisticated. Made from 100% cotton and featuring a well-defined twill construction, Athenas Eco enhances the natural look of the fiber by preserving cotton seed fragments on the fabric surface. Its production process reduces water consumption and expands laundry possibilities, allowing everything from cleaner finishes to effects such as rips and abrasions.
The Búzios launch blends cotton and elastane to deliver a soft handfeel, clean appearance, and elasticity, while also offering versatility by adapting to different silhouettes and design concepts. The Miami novelty features a satin construction with power stretch, providing a body-hugging fit.
In the Denim line, Tear Têxtil expands its offering with new developments and reinterpretations of classic bases. The Montreal Black and Vancouver Black launches appear as reworks of well-established bases, now presented with high–colorfastness black dyeing. These articles explore color depth and laundry versatility, enabling effects that range from deep black to washed-down looks.
Among the highlights of the new developments, the collection introduces Ventura Blue and Ventura Deep Blue articles. Ventura Blue is built in a 3×1 Z twill, with a composition of 98% cotton and 2% elastane, offering 23% stretch and a weight of 10.5 oz. Its indigo blue dye enhances the traditional denim tone, while its base allows extensive laundry exploration, enabling a wide range of effects and wash patterns.
Ventura Deep Blue maintains the same construction and performance — 3×1 Z twill, 98% cotton and 2% elastane, 10.5 oz, and 23% stretch — and stands out for its deep blue dyeing, which delivers an intense dark blue shade. It can be explored in its raw form, with only a softening process, or through laundry treatments, enabling washes that transition from deep tones to lighter shades.
