Texbrasil brands and young talent from BtoBe are at Who’s Next
From July 4 to March 7, Who’s Next, in Paris, will welcome thirteen brands that are members of Texbrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Internationalization Program – developed by Abit and Apex-Brasil). The group includes the Patricia Bonaldi, Anamaria Couture, Lucidez, Gilda Lacerda and A Camareira labels.
There will also be a stand dedicated to the Program’s talent incubator, BtoBe (Brazilians to Be), which includes the Gralias, Trendt, Cyn by Cynthia Hayashi, Karin Feller, Reptilia, Der Metropol, Nosotros and Gabriela Sakate labels. This is the third time the designers are taking part in the event, which has already garnered great business. For instance, Karin Feller closed deals with buyers from the United States, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Japan. “I’ve participated twice and last time, I had a very good outcome, which I intend to repeat this edition. Of course, in addition to my expectation to gain new customers,” she says.
With 2,000 exhibitors and around 60,000 visitors, the trade show is one of the most important in the world in casualwear and accessories. Twenty-four Brazilian companies attended the January edition, ending the show with an expected USD 900,000 in business generated.
