Texbrasil invites tree international buyers on a business trip to Fortaleza and São Paulo

From July 30 to August 1 tree international buyers will be visiting the cities of Fortaleza and São Paulo at the invitation of Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) – the result of a partnership between  Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

Regina Batista, of Italian retailer Lunas Intimo, Isaias Osvaldo La Bourdette, of Ann Chery (Colômbia) and Flavio Suphinatti, of Agua Menta (Dominican Republic), will attend meetings with Brazilian companies such as Penna, Vicunha and Cholet, which have offices in these cities.

The buyers will also be attending Ceara Fashion Trade, being held August 1 to 3 in Fortaleza. At the event, they will have a chance to see products from the following Program member companies: Danka (underwear), Delfa (inputs), Terlizzi (inputs) and Digitale (textiles). The show is held in Ceara by the Fiec System and Sebrae, in partnership Fiec System and Sebrae, in partnership with the Trade Associations of Fashion Manufacturers of Ceara, gathering companies from various segments, such as inputs, apparel, textiles and footwear.

“Showing international buyers the textile manufacturing hub of Ceara is one of our aims with this trip. It is a region with major companies and an array of business opportunities. In addition, Ceara Fashion Trade is a new and very promising event,” says Lilian Kaddissi, the Executive Manager at Texbrasil.
