Texbrasil takes part in Heimtextil 2026
Between January 13 and 16, 2026, Texbrasil (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program), carried out in partnership between Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), will take part in another edition of Heimtextil, an international trade show for home textiles, professional interiors and textile design.
Heimtextil is an international textile and interior design trade show, held annually in Frankfurt, Germany. Considered one of the main global events in the industry, it presents a wide variety of fabrics and solutions for the home, connecting manufacturers, retailers and designers. The trade show highlights trends in design, sustainability and artificial intelligence applied to the textile industry.
With the theme “Craft is a verb”, the trend curation of the 2026/27 edition proposes the dialogue between technology and craftsmanship, highlighting the value of the human touch and manual processes in an increasingly digital context. The proposal shows how artificial intelligence and traditional techniques can coexist in the creation of contemporary products.
The 2026 edition will also feature new thematic areas and layout adjustments, designed to facilitate access between pavilions and strengthen interaction between exhibitors and international buyers.
Brazilian participation will be represented by the studios Atelier Lucius Vilar and Balz Studio, recognized for the artistic quality of their creations and for valuing creative and responsible processes.
