“The Little Mermaid” actress wears PatBO dress
PatBO continues to establish itself as a global brand in the fashion market. One of its dresses was part of the look of American actress Halle Bailey, who played Ariel in the remake of “The Little Mermaid”. The dress was worn on one occasion to announce the remake of “The Color Purple”, which will be released at the end of December this year.
The label is a member of the Texbrasil Program (Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program) – a partnership between ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and Abit (Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association).
The dress worn by Halle Bailey was designed in chiffon by designer Patrícia Bonaldi, leader of the label. The dress had been presented at the PatBO show during New York Fashion Week Spring-Summer 2023.
Halle Bailey joins Beyoncé
It’s worth remembering that this isn’t the first time PatBO has had one of its creations worn by a personality. In September, pop diva Beyoncé wore a look by the Brazilian brand at her “Renaissance Tour” concert in Vancouver, Canada. In addition, other famous singers, such as Camila Cabello and Jennifer Lopez, have already been seen wearing designer Patricia Bonaldi’s clothes.
