Texbrasil (Brazilian Fashion Industry Export Program), developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), supports the A/W edition of Who’s Next Paris, taking place between 19 and 22 of January. The international trade also has the support of Abest (Brazilian Association of Fashion Designers) and Abicalcados (Brazilian Association of Shoe Manufacturers). The occasion is an opportunity to present Brazilian fashion to the international market. Brands participants of Texbrasil will be present, disclosing their collections and trends for the season.

Organized into two sessions, Apparel & Accessories, Who’s Next seeks to provide a better and more consistent view of the two segments. The first one, with a thousand brands, has been divided into three areas:  Private, which brings together six hundred companies and receives influential international brands, with special focus at the night; Fame, with two hundred companies, covers a selection of brands and designers for women clothes chosen among a range of professionals; and Mr. Brown, a space reserved for female and male urban fashion split in other subsections, one for denim, and two others for streetwear and sports clothing, and it is ready to receive two hundred companies.

With a thousand brands either, the session of accessories was divided into three parts: Who’s Next Accessories, which in turn is also separated by segments (Who’s Next Shoes, Who’s Next Jewelry, Who’s Next Bags & Leather Goods and Who’s Next Textile Accessories); the Premiere Classe, exclusive for designers of fashion accessories that seek to increase the prestige and reputation of the segment and is represented by professionals chosen under strict quality criteria; and Mr. Brown Accessories, featuring urban fashion accessories and the latest trends in footwear.

Brazilians attending Who’s Next in 2013 are: Anamaria Couture, exposing dresses involving technological fabrics and creative designs; Aua, which invests in a dialogue between nature and fashion in her collection; and Cecilia Prado, with an urban proposal based on the everyday life of women; they all will exhibit in the FAME session, of clothing.
