2 Rios is confident in its market expansion strategy, having already exported 92% more than in the first quarter of 2016 than in the same period last year. The brand is one of the oldest members of Texbrasil, the Brazilian Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

“Our challenge is internationalization. After 13 years of exports and imports, 2Rios is positioned in the American and European markets with a structure and team to grow stronger and expand. Soon we will launch our new online store in the USA,” shares the company’s president, Matheus Diogo Fagundes. The company currently exports its lingerie to 20 countries and to every continent except Antarctica.

The company’s manufacturing complex in Joinville covers approximately 3,000 square meters of built-up area and monthly capacity to produce around 200,000 items. The company also has 200 employees and all products are “Made in Brazil.”

The company launches four collections each year for women of all body types and for various times of the day, using special fabrics, technologies and sizes. 2Rios recently released a line of lingerie geared towards the plus size public, further expanding its market.

All items can be found at the brand’s online store.
