Adriana Degreas announces new store in Florida

Adriana Degreas, the luxury Brazilian beachwear designer, is pleased to announce her new store in Coral Gables, Florida.  Scheduled to open later this month, the 5,800-square foot space in the Village of Merrick Park is Degreas’s second Florida location.  Created together with the renowned designer Juan Camacho, the store’s sophisticated tropical vibes are evocative of the brand’s DNA. The label is a member of Texbrasil – the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, developed by Abit in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

The Coral Gables store channels a tropical vibe, mixing the sophisticated spirit of Palm Beach with the Old-Miami Golden Age. “I want our customers to feel inspired when they walk into the store,” says Degreas.  “We made this space so that people can experience and feel connected to the lifestyle that this brand represents”.  Degreas chose the Village of Merrick Park not only for its beauty and reputation as a shopping oasis, but also for the residential setting.  The brand’s target consumer is an elegant woman of the world, which is in line with the area’s demographic.

“I picked the Village of Merrick Park because it feels like a meeting place where people of all different nationalities unite,” says Degreas.  “You see people of Hispanic backgrounds, Italian backgrounds, French backgrounds, and more, coming together to live in this gorgeous neighborhood.  It was the perfect next step for our brand to have a home here, as well”. The Coral Gables store will house an exclusively curated collection of items.  The newest collection will launch at Coral Gables simultaneously with its launch in Brazil.  In addition, the store will carry exclusive handbags, hats, and sunglasses, as well as supplementary items that are found only in the Northern Hemisphere.

Degreas currently has two stores in Brazil and one in Miami, with a strategy for further international expansion on the horizon.  Her line is carried online at adrianadegreas.com, as well as at Net-a-Porter, Moda Operandi, Matches Fashion, and Revolve, among others.
